Board of Directors
A board of directors will govern an organization and set strategic objectives, among other responsibilities. In addition to this, a good, diverse board can provide insight into the current and additional markets, corporate strategy, fundraising and new opportunities.
Advisory Boards
Advisory boards don’t run the company, but provide valuable insight into the ares of their expertise. Advisory boards include: scientific, technical, business, strategy, etc.
